Default PBC - Netting?

Hi!

I was thinking about getting some type of high temp netting (like they use w/ hams) to hang stuff in the PBC when I have to remove the grate.

I'd like to be able to throw some potatoes, corn or maybe sausage in there.

A) Reasonable idea?
B) Where can I get such netting and what would it be called?

Thanks!

Eric

I have always just called it butchers net. Here is a link to a place that has it. http://www.butcher-packer.com/index....ex&cPath=22_80
