Broiled Pork Chops with Red Roast Pork Marinade

So, because I was too lazy to fire up the gasser and grill, I decided to broil some pork loin chops I picked up from Costco.

Now, I used another recipe from the Faja Lobi Website that called for ginger and Chinese Five Spice Powder.

I mixed the ginger, five spice powder and the marinade and put some chops in for a day.

I let the chops come to room temp, placed them in a glass dish, dotted them with butter, and popped them in for 15 minutes...

The IT was only 125, so I shut the broiler off, and let them sit for 10 more minutes. IT 145!

Here they are:

Here is one sliced:

Man on man oh man oh man. The flavor was incredible! Jennifer doesn't like lean pork, but somehow this chop disappeared once she got a taste. Not sure where it went.

Thanks to Phubar, GTR, Cowgirl and Lord Riffenstein for their help!
