Default Saturday's Rib Experiment

Had a couple slabs of pork loin back ribs in the freezer. Decided to experiment with different rubs. The section with Butt Rub was done with the addition of turbinado sugar (Butt Rub has no sugar) and finished with Sweet Baby Ray honey chipotle sauce. Other 3 sections were dry rub only. All turned out very good. The Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust was the favorite. Formed a really nice bark.
Thanks for looking.
