Default Best multi-probe thermometer?

Getting tired of my ThermoWorks Smoke and whether or not it will pair with my Gateway. Looking for recommendations for the best thermometers for multiple pieces of meat. Would appreciate any feedback with regard to likes / dislikes of your favorites. Thanks in advance for any info!

As always the Fireboard, pretty tough to beat.

I don't need a wifi based thermometer so I went with the Smoke X4. I have the original Smoke and did have the Gateway which was a piece of junk that would never hook to my wifi and I think I threw it away since I can't seem to find it.

The Smoke X4 has been awesome and never loses signal unlike my original Smoke which loses signal constantly.

My 2) Smokes, without the Gateway, have worked perfectly.
