Johnny Trigg style wrap on a slanted rib rack?
I absolutely love the foil wrap with margarine, brown sugar, and honey on my ribs like ala Trigg, but generally, I'm only doing two racks on my WSM. I recently bought a rib rack so I can do at least 4 racks, but I'm wondering if this foiling method is going to work when the ribs are on their side. Has anyone tried this?

when you wrap just stack the ribs. you can rotate them if you feel the need

Just make sure you don't cover the entire grate, and obscure airflow, don't ask me how I know about this!
