Default Spinning a rump

Got a nice little 3lb rump roast to spin today. Seasoned with garlic infused EVOO, pink Himalayan sea salt and bbq rub then marinated for an hour and a half in 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup of soy sauce. Setting up the Joetissere for over coal cooking, no deflector, with some pecan chunks buried in the coals. Coming up to temp now.

Meat on a little off center so it’s not directly over the fire yet.

I almost forgot it’s illegal in Mississippi to grill without an adult beverage.

Juist thinking it would be awesome in a crusty bread roll
I have never thought of adding Worster and soy, looks like it works well
