Default Buffalo Chicken...

Legs!

I thought I had Wings in the freezer, turned out they were Legs. Doesn't matter, it's all good.

Dry brined them, uncovered in the fridge overnite, then dusted with flour/baking powder/salt mixture to get some crispiness. I used the Weber 18" Kettle for these with the SnS.

Crisping up nicely. The Weber was running at about 400-425. Legs sprayed with some EVOO after 20 mins or so, then flipped and sprayed again. Total cook time just about an hour.

I really like the way these crisp up on the Weber. It's a fun recipe to make.

Typical Buffalo Wings sauce. Frank's Red Hot, Worcestershire, lemon, honey. Melt in some butter at the end and drizzle over the legs.

Served -

A great snack for the afternoon NFL games.

Thanks for checking out this post.
