Hello,

New member from Essex, Uk here.

Started smoking on a Webber kettle, moved to a Kamado Joe Classic, and I’m currently eyeing up a stick burner. While I love the Joe I think it’s better suited to grillin. Sadly a good stick burner is harder to get here in the Uk

Looking forward to getting involved in the official stick burner thread!
