Default Roasted Garlic on the stick burner

So some questioned my brisket post and wanted to know what was in the foil packets...

GARLIC!!!!

Roasted Garlic is a great flavor base!

*Caution* - Wear gloves when getting the golden goodness from the bulb paper.

These sat in the fridge over night

My intentions for this batch are 2 things
1) Roasted Garlic Rosemary compound butter for them steaks
2) I will freeze the rest in a flat disk to use in my next summer sausage and maybe some other base enhancers (freeze thin so you can shatter it and use what you need...

My daughter took a clove for her pasta tomato soup lunch.

I make these a lot and they are fantastic on steaks, in butter, etc!

Plus they are simple to cook up.
