How did you thin out that sour cream?? Or what is the white sauce you put on the nachos??

By the way, I’ve tried to stop by your place twice over my lunch hour when in Denver but it’s been packed both times! Didn’t have time to wait. Looking forward to trying it out sometime. Looks like business is good!

If you have any Mexican grocery stores in your area, get some Mexican sour cream. It is thinner than American sour cream and works well for nachos.
