Default Perfect Bandera Smoked Whole Chicken every time!

Got a new Resipe for unattended smoking chicken perefectly every time without any temp probes!

Smoked Popcorn Chicken

1 - 5lb Roaster Chicken (Tyson from Sams)
2 - cups of Stuffing Mix
1 - Qtr stick Butter
1 - TSP Salt
1 - TSP Peper
1 - TSP Garlic Power
1 - TSP Southern Comfort Seasoning
1 - TSP of Head Country
1 - cup Popcorn

Thoughly rub chicken with butter and spices.

Place Popcorn and Stuffing Mix inside chicken.

Pre heat Bandera Smoke chamber for 15 min.

Put chicken on middle smoke chamber rack with neck towards the back of the smoke chamber.

Shut smoke chamber door without latching.

When the Popcorn starts popping and blows the ass off the chicken, the smoke chamber door will open and you will hear the popping, the chicken is done . Cooked perefect every time. :D

Best of all, you will not waste a beer this way. :P

What...I missed my chance to vote in the poll? Too bad. Because I KNOW who I'd rather watch go in/out of court every day.

I'll save my vote for next November.
