Just a little FYI for anyone that may live near Evansville, Indiana. They are now carrying Prime Briskets along with the normal choice. They say they are going to keep them if they sell good. Make sure you get out there and get some so we can have a decent place and price to get them in our area. I think they are $3.78lb. I've bought 3 since last week. 1 to cook and 2 to freeze. They are right across from the door going back into the meat department and not with the other choice briskets.
Probably not a big deal to most of you guys from other areas but for our area it's a welcome sight.
