Need a pit in North Royalton, Ohio June 30th - July 1st
Hi guys,
I need some help. Have been challenged to a cookoff by a coworker, during our company picnic on July 1st. I don't think he knows what he's done, but there's whiskey and cash on the line, so there will not be farking around. Would anyone loan me a pit where I can cook 6 racks of ribs and 2 pork shoulders. Preferably an offset, but I'm not picky as long as what you have allows the ribs to be flat and does not use electricity or pellets for fuel (no offense). If you are a comp cook, I'll show you my rib and shoulder entries (which likely are outdated but have served us well). Let me know, fellas. Thanks. Best, Mike
