Default Smoking day off

As some of you know, I sell BBQ dinners on my day off about once a month. I just finished my deliveries and thought I would post a few pics for you...

Damn good lookin' spread Mista! The only thing I'm cooking today is a big pot of red beans and rice, as its been pretty cold around here lately.

Doesn't get much better than that! Are those beans made from scratch? They look delicious, it all looks great.

Started with a big can of pork n beans. Crumbled in some fatty. Added pancake syrup (maple is too expensive), Some Bigmista's secret sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar and a few other seasonings. Cook on low temp stirring often.

Neil,

Looks and sounds YUMMY!

Your beans sound great, similar to what I do with Pintos.

Thanks for making me hungry (again).
