Do you guys trim this meat off your baby bak ribs or not?

on ribs if it a thick hard fat yes but on brisket I leave at least a 1/4" om it .

Are you talking about that additional strip of loin meat on the ribs branded "extra meaty"? I don't often buy loin back ribs, but when I do I just leave it on.
