Hey brothers,

I have a chance to pick up a 2011 Lang 60" original trailer cooker for $2K. I have been using a UDS with great results, but have started a little bbq catering biz and need something more portable. I have read here on this site that Lang makes a solid cooker, but wondering if this is the right type of unit at the right price for a start up caterer. Your thoughts and feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

For $2,000 I buy it and try it and if I didn't like it I'd put it up for sale for $2,500 and it should sell quickly
