Default Smoked Pork Verde

Seasoned a pork butt with a mixture of Adobo seasoning, sazon seasoning, and copious amount of minced garlic.

After a few hours in the smoke, added some Hatch Chile salsa and wrapped.

Meat is very good, but I got about a quart of some intense pan juices. Mix a little of that in, and it is fantastic.

Made it for tamales, but haven't gotten that far yet. Would be great in just about anything. When I tasted it, first thing that came to mind, was Posole.
