Hi everyone!
Excited to be a part of the forum! I've got a large Big Green Egg and a Santa Maria Grill. I use them about 4x/week, sometimes in tandem, sometimes on their own. The Santa Maria Grill is newer, and I'm just learning how to cook over a wood fire, which has been an awesome (and humbling experience). Looking forward to learning from all of you!
