Wow, that looks AMAZING. :thumb: Really nice cook; love the Santa Maria grill too. The price on that hunk o' meat was really good too...we don't get them that cheap here in Texas.
 
That's beautiful. Nice cook. If I ever do an outdoor kitchen I will definitely put a Santa Maria in.
 
It looked really good, until you put it on the bun, then it looked great! Would love one of those sammies.
 
I'd take one with or without the bun. $2.99/lb. trimmed? I'm jealous.
 
Outstanding cook and post Tom, I really really really want some of that.
 
Around these parts I can only find them at RD. $3.59-$3.89/lb. untrimmed for a cryo five pack. After trimming, quite a bit, works out to about $5.30-$5-80/lb.
 
Had a chance to buy a good Santa Maria grill here about 2 years ago and passed on it.

You made me regret it again.
 
Nice expose on the cut. That SM grill is a ripper too!
