Got close friends that had a kid a few weeks back and since I was cooking today I thawed some ribs I trimmed for an event that is no longer happening to cook and give to them tomorrow.

Also got some corned tips for pastrami rib tips and a tri tip to go on later.

Would the best way to re-heat these be in the vac-seal in a hot water??
