Small splits like 8 inches long. Started up the Wsm like usual. I didn’t have thick white smoke but thin. I upped the temp to 325 on the guru yet the thin white smoke continued. Took the smoldering piece of wood out and it slowly got back to 275. I was thinking it was the mesquite but I think was actually the oak. Who knows the baby brisket might be ruined. It wasn’t in nasty smoke long. Anywho made the splits thinner and stuck them in the second rack. When smoke dies I’ve been tossing 1 on the charcoal and it’s now clean blue.

Pressed on through the cook. And it turned out great!!! Only and it was my first time trying out suckle busters. Great stuff
