Pulled/Chopped Pork Omelettes?
Anyone have a good recipe?
I looked in the cook book section, and did a quick search...but..

Haven't made one but off the top of my head, I would make a ham and cheese omelet and sub the PP for the ham. It should be real good. I would do PP and cheddar... onions and green peppers (or japs for the adventurous) would be good too.

I've done one with pulled pork, cheese, pickles (I suggest Wickles), and onions. It was great!
