Yes they were the Extra Tender. I really liked them. I liked the texture, even though I overcooked them. They did seem to cook faster than I was used to. Worked out well though since my eating partner doesn't have many teeth.

It was difficult at times to keep him away from the hot grill. He just wanted to help; quick little guy.
 
Nice bones Brog! :eusa_clap.....I also tried the Smithfield Extra Tender ribs over the 4th weekend, and I agree is good stuff. I won't be buying from Sam's any more. I like the fact that you can pick individual racks and look at quality. Price was the same.......
 
Great cook great times spent with Jr what more can you ask for other than brisket:-D
 
Love this my son and I would do the same thing. Son 36 now we are still cooking together. You're raising him right.
