okay, I braved the 5 inch snowfall, on top of remaining ice
from Tuesdays winter storm, just to pick up my drums today.
Unfortuneatly They both have the dreaded red liner in them.
After alittle coaxing, and telling my wife we can burn the weeds under the pool deck, I am heading to TSC for a propane weed burner.
I read in the UDS thread that you can burn the liner from outside of the drum pretty easy.
I can get skids from work (17 miles away) but really want to start today.
I will probably give it a good fire burn inside, once the liner is off, just for good measure. (and to build a sincere and monumental blaze)
I have most of the parts already, but was wondering about the temp gauge i have seen on here. its red, white and blue. Labeled smoke and bbq and had a pig on the dial. Thought it was cool. Any clue where to find them?
I will keep posting during build and will be sure ask for input when needed.
