Hello all I have some frozen chuck roasts is it safe to thaw so that I can grind them and then refreeze. Thanks for your help

As long as you thaw them safely (in the refrigerator) they should be fine

I have no science around this one, but once meat is thawed I always cook it. Once it's cooked, then that can be frozen. But now you are bringing up a good question... so off to Google for me.
