Grey is soot. Same thing happened on my biscuit test. We put them in too early. You have to make sure exhaust smells clean before food goes in.

Been Running 6 hrs but I did toss a cpl New Big Wood Chunks into Burn Box at same Time....... Greyish Ones Taste the Same as others........

Closest Academy Sports is 5.5 hrs south of Detroit. South of Indy.

At that price it's a no brainer. Having seen OC's in person while in TX I'd buy one if I can hand pick one.
