Default Roadside vending in Minnesota

Anyone on here from Minnesota know about roadside vending, can you smoke outside on a smoker then bring the meat into a vending trailer and sell it?

Don't ask here.
The correct answer would be from your local HD.
That's how it works in Mi. Though. :)

I have talked to the HD in my area, she sounds like she is lost that is why I am asking if there are any from Minnesota on this forum.

There is a trailer close to Rogers Minnesota smoking in an uncovered, looks like it's homemade smoker and they carry the food about 80 to 100 feet to sell the food in a vending trailer.

I don't want to get them in trouble, I just want to see if I could do the same thing

If she is lost, ask to talk to her boss cause as the others said, Each state and even county is different. To save headaches time and money, You have to find out what THEY want you to do.

Don't assume anything is OK...because somebody else does it.
Your Health Department should have a printout of the laws for your area.

Ask questions on everything; and confirm it in the rules they gave you.
Don't even take the Health Department's word on anything....get it in writing.
