glad you got the little guy fired up. There's no way i could have waited. I might get a small at an Eggfest next year if I don't find a great deal on a used one first.

Tink of it like this: a well prpeared brat on a good bun with mustard and onions is a Bavarian Pizza.
I see no broken schedule here.

Nice looking eats Ron. Ever thought to do the brats without simmering them in beer? I always go package to grill to bun. IMO, you get the best flavor and texture that way.

I try not to tink very often...

I have tried package to grill and they come out great, but it seems to me that the beer adds a little flavor to them.
