Rough night drinking late coffee and eating late lunch. Slept sitting up as the Chili gods played Juan Valdez world championship dodgeball in my gut. Woke hungry. More coffee and a breakfast fatty-ham-Swiss sandwich, no bread.

Wish I had that with my breakfast of oats cooked with fresh cranberries sweetened with a bit a maple syrup.
 
This is also why I (almost) always throw a fatty on to smoke if I'm cooking.

Looks delicious.

One of my favorites. I shall join you this morning. Speaking of probably need to get 4-5# of Cranberries and freeze them
