Default Couldn’t Find Black Garlic for Purple Potato GC Stew

Well I only looked at Natural Grocers, but they did have South America really nice juicy crisp white.

Purple potatoes, roasted chopped Hatch GC, Purple Onion Medium, 5 cloves chopped garlic, coarse black pepper, Oregeno NM Green Chile powder, Morton’s Kosher Salt , 1.75# ground lean sirloin.
Brown drain beef- make hole and sweat onions with garlic on top, add potatoes seasonings and low sodium chicken stock.
It’s a “too taste” as opposed to “strict measures” Stew. I’m not sure it’s BALi , but has lots of good things in it.
Lit the bride up big time. She’s a Troop though. Ate two bowls.

If Id found black garlic, I’d have smoked it and entered into TD. Would’ve been cool visual with other colors on bamboo.

I'm getting ready to go on vacation. When I get back, I will send you some, if you still want it.

Couldn’t Find Black Garlic for Purple Potato GC Stew? That would make me see red.
