Looking good, I've had those ribs, with that rub, and they are righteous. I wouldn't expect anything less from you though.
 
This is shaping up to one fine cook Sako. Looking forward to seeing the plated pics.

Looks Farbulicious to me!

I think next to my Smoked Salmon, Pork is my next most favorite meat.
I'm doing some today. Have a 2.99# chunka-Loin in my Sous Vide right now, and a 1# 15.6 ounce lean Loin destined for the dehydrator for jerky tomorrow. (have to marinade it today)
