Default Red fish, chicken wings, flounder on the Weber Kettle

It's been years since I've posted here, but I still browse around every now and then and thought I'd start contributing again when I can. Mostly because I have been away for work for long periods and have been spending any free time I get fishing instead of firing up the UDS. Most of the "bbq" happens on the kettle these days and is generally just something quick with some wood chunks thrown on for some smoky flavor. Given that all my free time is usually spent fishing, a lot of what I cook is fish and there is no better way to cook most NC inshore fish than on the grill! Here are some pics of the food and the fishing! Hope you enjoy!

25.5" red fish caught on a topwater plug about ready for the filet knife

Red drum on the grill with some Cajun seasoning

Drum with a butter herb sauce plated up with some roasted brussel sprouts. Easily one of the most moist fish I have ever had.

For another meal made smoked buffalo chicken wings and blackened flounder tacos. Tacos were dressed with pickled red cabbage and a lime crema.

Edited to resize the pictures. Hopefully this works!

WOW. sorry about the size, it's definitely been awhile and my computer skills are very lacking. I will try and figure out how to resize these pictures and repost them.

You're putting that kettle through its paces with some great grub!

Ok, I don't cook enough fish on the grill. Have to try more of that this summer.

Looks great!

Those redfish collars are the best. My favorite part of the fish

Thank you for the fantastic looking Q! If there was a meal that I like more than anything, it is fish cooked on the grill! Nice job
