Default Tater Crust smoked Quiche Inspired By deguerra

been wanting to do this for a while now and good post inspired me to finally do it.
Used pretty much the same stuff-except I had someleft over pork butt I was able to cut into slices. Got the backwoods to 375 with lump and oak wood

Umm, not sure why this bacon is all fat...

Pulled it and cut it, but it wasn't as some as I wanted it to be

Back I'm the bws and pulled it about 30 min later
