It is amazing to me how such a simple fatty will get the most comments. I have had friend and family not believe me when I tell them what it is and how I made it.
LONG LIVE THE FATTY !!

Sorry guys, but I had 6 people over when everything was coming off and it didn't last long enough to get a picture....it was disappearing as fast as I could slice it.
I had a bunch of ABT's as well (some wrapped in bacon, and some wrapped with Johnsonville Brat's), and I never could get a picture of those either. Rude guests couldn't keep their hands off of stuff..hahaha so another fatty lesson here, never make just one, you should always make 3 or 20.

Just from being on this forum, I usually keep about 6-8 chubs in the freezer at all times now, so we can brew up a few on the weekends just as a snack. Always smoking something on the weekend, and there's always room for a Fattie.
