Happy Phriday all! Canning hot peppers tomorrow, so I'm planning to throw a lamb shoulder roast in the Bronco while that's happening. Other than that, no pharking idea. Have a GREAT weekend and Happy Smoking!

Picked up a two pack of picnic shoulders this week. I typically do butts but at $1.04 per pound, I couldn't pass them up.

Just picked a boatload of ripe chiles for the ferment. Need to pick some more green ones for roasting before they all ripen.

I suppose that ribs will be smoking on Sunday.

Not sure what yet. I kinda Pheel like digging into something kinda complicated and time consuming, so maybe I'll bust out the APL book and see what jumps out. Phun thing to do Phrom time to time & it's been a while.

Pork chops last night, marinated in lemongrass, garlic, chili, ginger, sweet soy and fish sauce.
With tortilla wraps (also on the grill). Came out pretty good!
Got 1 chop left over, so that one will be eaten this weekend.
And I think burgers, maybr
