Default Pork Storage Question

I need to pick up some pork butts and a ham for over Christmas, going to cook a couple Thursday night and a couple Friday night.
How soon can I pick them up and not have to freeze them, just keep them in the fridge?

If they're cryovac sealed, go now. If not tomorrow should be fine. Probably do it today and still be fine - 2-3 days in fridge should be OK.

You can store fresh pork in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
