First off, going to the store "looking for something to smoke" is a terrible or great idea depending on how you look at it. What started off as a brisket, turned into a brisket, ribs, wings, and sausage. I cooked everything in the Pint with cherry and pecan. Overall I was pleased with everything. Thanks for looking!

The prime brisket had one of the strangest points I have ever seen. I trimmed off a chunk in hopes of getting it to cook evenly. That chunk became a chopped brisket appetizer.

Thanks! I had two new neighbors so figured they needed a "welcome to the neighborhood" box of grub!

I like the sauce. I may not be the best judge of what is comp worthy, but I think it would score. It has little twang I can’t put my finger on so I might thin it with some head country.
