Just a quick thank you to Oakridge BBQ for being a prize sponsor of the Throwdowns. I've enjoyed their rubs for years and today I had the opportunity to try a pre-production sample of their SPOGOS rub on a Creekstone Farms prime grade tri tip.

It was a reverse sear cook on my Mak pellet grill and it was delicious! Thanks Mike!

This was my first cook with it and I liked it! I’m looking forward to trying it out on other cuts.

Nice. Always heard good things about their products but yet to try. And, VERY NICE of them to help the Brethren by being supportive of the TDs. Great looking barbecue.
