After last nights storms and deluge rain, it was a gorgeous day here in south Jersey....played hookie this afternoon to cook some bones in the niceness. :-D

My rack (right) rubbed with Malcolm's Gringo Grande, and my wife's in SuckleBusters Mesquite. Cooked turbo on the BGE at 350 over hickory chunks for two and a half hours. Sauced with Trader Joes Carolina Gold (I could drink this).

Going to slice for dinner when my bride gets home. :-D

Looks fantastic, John! Great color on those ribs too!

Excellent call, several of them.

You certainly put the day to good use! Everything looks great and definitely worth some bonus points with the Mrs.
