One Awesome Brother
A couple of days ago I posted that I needed some help getting a Weber Smokey Joe Platinum. Two brothers came through in a big way and now I own two. That certainly shows the spirit of the Brethren.... but there is more...
John McD wrote and told me he had shipped the grill and gave me the total cost. I wrote him back and told him I needed his full name and address to send the payment. He wrote back and said to just send a donation to the Smoke N My I's fund. Now that defines caring and class!!!

Thanks guys for the accolades. It wasn't my intention. Just wanted to stay under the radar. It's the Brethren way...

folks.. I didnt post this sooner so as not to steal any thunder..
but JohnMcD348 said it best...in 'staying under the radar', I just want to let everyone know that several of the auction packages were bought.... and then given to other members. Some are pretty significant. The giving this group is capable of is amazing.
