First off great looking butt. Pretty neat technique. Will have to try. Just a quick fyi, Diamond Crystal is the salt. Growing up a huge salt mine by us. Seems to rotate between Morton, Diamond Crystal and Azko?
 
That was a great way to spend the day!! Relaxing the entire way and a delicious reward at the end. No way it gets better than that. Very nicely done!

Circle the date on the calendar - Munchkin came back for THIRDS on the pork... couldn't get enough, especially with the Yes, Dear Yellow or the Charlie Mills. The Scott's was too spicy for her (as expected and explained to her beforehand), and the tanginess of the Yes, Dear Red wasn't her cuppa... Thirds! This kid must be in a growth spurt.
