Was planning on cooking up a couple porterhouses for the throwdown. Cooked them up on the Weber direct. They were too thin for reverse searing. Beautiful grill marks a la grill grates. Unfortunately, when I read the rules for the throwdown, it explicitly mentioned flame kissed. Oh well, still plenty of time to rectify that mistake on the next cook!

^^^^Yep.Brush over it with a flame and move on.BTW,they look delishious.
