Simple dinner tonite on the Goldens':
Pork Chops
Sweet Potatoes
Zucchini Spears
The chops were dusted with a Maple Peppercorn rub that I thought was out of NH, but is a product of Canada. First time using it, was a birthday gift from my niece. The chops turned out excellent with this rub.
I don't recall which member recently posted these breaded Zucchini Spears, but I had to borrow the idea. So my thanks for the inspiration and putting the images in my head while I was grocery shopping. Had to search: thanks to sudsandswine! Yours look a lot better than mine but these sure did taste good!
The Goldens' set up with a CI Pizza pan so the breading won't fall through the grates, and a single upper grate -
