OK after a slight delay yesterday due to truck stuff I'm stuffing today.

All 3 batches seasoned and ready to stuff.
Let's just start with my new favorite in life even though it was the 3rd I seasoned up......Panang Curry is awesome. I wasn't even going to make a 3rd type this go round and when I saw the curry tub I was like "why not". So freaking glad I did. The Thai basil in there is baller. Got a great spice to it and even the slighter larger tiny human liked it . Here's the Roasted Onion Taco......also quite good Mongolian chicken. This one took a little tweaking to get right. Next time I might cook down the sauce to concentrate the flavors. But this is still worthy Sealed up the remaining for burgers and meatloaf Casing here shortly

I see lots of great meals ahead. I wouldn't have thought of Panang Curry flavor in sausages... but you made me go get my Thai curry pastes out of the cabinet to have a whiff and a taste. I'm a convert. That's got to be killer. If I follow suit and give this a try sometime, it's going to be a chicken sausage with Thai Green Curry.

Those flavors must of had you taste buds dancing. I'm not sure I can source all of the ingredient locally, but I would sure like to try making some of these sausages. Can you share the recipes?
