Default Beef Ribs

Hope all ye fellas had great fathers day. Fired up some 3 bone Dino ribs from the butcher shoppe in Pensacola. Ohhh man these were outstanding , juicy full of flavor spot on good. Hit em with Loot n Booty jolly roger and whats your beef combo... sooo good. Jealous Devil charcoal done its thing as always providing the best fuel source around , mixed in some white oak chunks for great smoke flavor, perfect paring for beef ribs !

You totally nailed those ribs!! I keep looking at them (I haven't seen any plate ribs here, just individual cut) in the meat case and one day soon, I'm going to walk out with some. Nicely done!

You have motorvated me to try them this weekend. I usually kalbi-fy them, but I’m gonna take a whack at smoking them. They don’t have anywhere near that amount of meat on them, though.
