What I cooked for my birthday yesterday. Was home alone girls were off working. Stuffed peppers Savory porkbelly spicy conecuh sausage.

I made some armadillo eggs a couple weeks ago.
Jalapenos stuffed with pepper jack cheese, covered with homemade pork sausage, wrapped in bacon and smoked in the drum.
