Anyone own the OC Smokehouse?

Stopped by Academy today to check out some Old Country pits (thanks to another Brethren thread) and really liked the OC Smokehouse. I've got 20 months to wait on my Shirley and I wanted an offset stick burner to pass the time, but that Smokehouse reminded me of my WSM. Anyone who owns it have any pros/cons? I know I'd have to get some thermos, and I'd probably felt gasket the door, but other than that it looks pretty solid.

Wow I just went through all 22 pages of that thread. Good info. So your only recommendations are to use a water pan and cut out the middle of the fire grate? Overall you're happy with it?
