Of course, couldn't have done this without my latest acquisition...
Yeah, had to use my food saver bags because the pouches I got are a bit short for this kind of thing. Never would have managed this much liquid with the foodsaver; would have been a huge wet mess that would never seal. Can't wait to get my cook on in a couple of days!

Had a real good dinner at Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ then a couple of beers and live music at Craft Pride.
Since I'm a party animal now in bed at 2100 with an early alarm to get to Franklin's around 0700.

Yep, Costco has them. My local meat packing plant has them too, with or without ribs. :grin: If you get stuck and can't find one, let me know and I can swing by there and pick one up for you on the way out, just let me know before 3.
