Default Starting to get that itch!

For those you you running restaurants or living in area's where you have a continuous season season I don't envy you. Usually by the end of Octover I am so ready to slow down and by New Years I'm ready to stop the catering business all together. After about 6 weeks of down time and usually about now I start getting that itch to get back out ther and fire up the cookers and run those 90plus hour weeks. My schedule for the year is looking real good and by the 3rd week in March I'll be WFO. For those of you doing it 12 months a year I can't stress enough how important taking a break is. Good Luck to everyone this 2019 BBQ season!!
