Default Thanks all for the pointers!

Drum rollllllllllllllllll,

15 lb Prime Brisket, smoked low n slow with Post Oak for 17 hours started at 1200am, no resting to let the juices absorb back in!
24 links, Kiolbassa Polish sausage, 1hour!
8 beef chuck short ribs, 6 hours!
3 whole chickens, marinated over night with my secret home made Italian marinade smoked 5 hours!

Spritzed brisket after 7 hours smoked lid shut, the every hour or so with a organic apple cider vinegar, organic apple juice and water mix, including chicken, sausage and short ribs!

These LSG's are outstanding, in all my years of smoking and even with a 24x60 GP, I have never and I mean never been able to get my smoke stack to look like that with a full FB roaring!

Sorry, to lazy to fix the flag picture, but you get it!

Everything looks great. Must be a satisfying cook after all the work you put into the LSG.
